Elder Holding LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Gridiron Dynasty mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Game Data: We store your in-game data including team information, roster decisions, transaction history, and game results.

Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive transaction confirmations but do not store your payment card details.

Device Information: We may collect your device type, operating system version, and push notification token to deliver game notifications.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the App, including screens visited and feature usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the game service
• To process in-app purchases and manage your TYCO balance
• To send push notifications about game events (if enabled)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen, which permanently removes all your personal data and game progress.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
